Pricing Questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes, there is a 7 day free trial; this gives you access to trial the current solvers and GUI and samples in the Learning Hub, no credit card required.
Can I switch tiers later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or change your selected solvers at any point. Your projects and learning progress carry over automatically.
Do you offer student or academic discounts?
Yes, discounted pricing is available for verified students and academic institutions. Get in touch and we'll set you up.
Is Visaria billed annually or monthly?
All paid tiers are priced for yearly use.
What happens if I need more than my tier's solver access?
You can upgrade to Selected Solvers or the Pro Bundle at any time to unlock additional modules.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, in the cases set out in our Terms (section 12). Because your licence key is delivered straight away, you are asked at checkout to agree that we can start supplying it immediately, and once your key has been delivered your right to cancel for a change of mind ends. If Visaria is faulty or not as described, we will repair or replace it, or refund you if we can't. We may also agree other refunds at our discretion. All refunds are issued by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To ask, email help@visaria.dev with your order number.
