What you can try in the free trial
Visaria is real-time CFD (computational fluid dynamics) simulation software for Windows. It runs on your own graphics card, so you can watch the physics solve in 3D and change the settings while it runs.
- Airflow and drag. See air, pressure and drag around a car or any shape you build or load as an STL file.
- Gases and buoyancy. Watch gases mix, rise and disperse in moving air, such as a gas leak or a CO2 spill.
- Heat and convection. Explore heat transfer and natural convection around heat sinks, fans and heated objects.
- Water and waves. Simulate free-surface flow, sloshing and filling around obstacles.
- Coming soon: structural FEA. A future new solver will add forces, stresses and dynamics.
What the trial includes
The trial gives you the Aero, Gas, Thermal and Water solvers for 7 days, with sample access to the Learning Hub, watermarked image exports and support through the community forum. No payment card is needed, the trial never turns into a paid plan on its own, and there is one trial per person and per computer.
What you need
A Windows PC with a dedicated graphics card: an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 or AMD Radeon RX 560 or better. Mac and Linux versions are coming soon. See the full requirements.
No graphics card? See how to check and add one.
Who it is for
Students, engineers, teachers and curious people who want to see how air, gases, heat and water behave, and to learn how CFD works. After the 7 days you can buy a licence on the pricing page, or simply stop.
